Build and maintain customer education resources, including onboarding guides, webinars, video tutorials, knowledge base content, and self-service materials. Lead training sessions, workshops, product demonstrations, and webinars. Administer learning and certification programs, partner cross-functionally to address training needs, track engagement and feedback, and improve customer adoption across multiple SaaS product lines.

Owns the accounts payable automation platform, including workflow configuration, coding rules, integrations, vendor master governance, exception handling, and data integrity. Builds spend analytics, monitors touchless processing and coding accuracy, identifies payment leakage and working capital opportunities, reports AP metrics, supports accruals and reconciliations, and partners with Accounting on AP processes and Sage Intacct dimensions.

Provides software support to clients through email, phone, and live chat. Diagnoses and troubleshoots software issues, documents support cases, creates knowledge-base content, escalates complex problems, identifies recurring issues, and shares feedback with product and development teams. The role also identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities while protecting confidential information. This is a fully remote U.S. position.
