Own the end-to-end revenue accounting cycle across multiple entities, including revenue close, deferred revenue reconciliation, ASC 606 application, contract analysis, journal entries, audit support, and technical accounting memos. The role also documents revenue workflows, improves billing and reconciliation processes, supports acquisition integration, and communicates complex financial information to business leaders.

Generates qualified payments sales pipeline through high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting, qualifies leads, assesses merchant processing needs, and schedules discovery calls and demos for Account Executives. Maintains CRM records, collaborates on outreach strategies, meets activity targets, and develops payments product knowledge in a metrics-driven environment.

Provides first-line software support to clients by handling inquiries through phone and email, diagnosing issues, documenting cases, guiding users through solutions, and escalating complex problems. The role also creates support documentation, identifies recurring issues for product improvement, and refers upselling opportunities to sales. Requires strong technical troubleshooting, communication, organization, empathy, and collaboration skills in a SaaS environment.
