Oversees workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance management, employee relations, benefits, wellness, compliance, safety, engagement, HR systems, reporting, budgeting, and multi-state labor-law compliance. Manages the HR team and partners with executive and site leadership to strengthen workforce capability, organizational performance, and employee engagement.
