Acquire and grow national and regional accounts for packaging materials and value-added services (kitting, co-packing, fulfillment, automation). Build pipeline via prospecting and trade shows, conduct facility walkthroughs, design packaging solutions, prepare proposals/RFQs, manage accounts with strategic planning and cross-sell initiatives, and coordinate with internal operations to execute programs.

Plan and manage customer orders and production schedules from entry through delivery and billing. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track WIP and inventory, generate operational reports, resolve workflow bottlenecks, support quoting/pricing, and drive process improvements to increase planning accuracy and throughput.

Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and payment, act as liaison between customers, sales reps and internal teams, handle order confirmations, pricing/quote support, CRM data maintenance, reporting, inventory reconciliation, and assist with onboarding and special projects.
