Supervise and enforce food safety, quality, and regulatory programs on a high-volume production floor. Conduct GMP, sanitation, and internal audits; maintain AIB certification readiness; document and manage non-conformances and CAPAs; train production staff; monitor chemical and allergen control; support third-party and customer audits; maintain calibration and sanitation records; participate in safety initiatives and cross-functional meetings.

Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor production flow; maintain master production schedules, prepare work orders/purchase requests, track inventory to 99% accuracy, resolve scheduling issues, and collaborate with Production, QA, Purchasing, and Shipping to meet production and delivery goals.

Plan and manage customer orders and production schedules from entry through delivery and billing. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track WIP and inventory, generate operational reports, resolve workflow bottlenecks, support quoting/pricing, and drive process improvements to increase planning accuracy and throughput.
