Provides day-to-day HR support in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, attendance, payroll and timekeeping, benefits, leave administration, safety, training, compliance, reporting, and personnel records. Serves as a bilingual English/Spanish point of contact for employees and leaders across multiple shifts, coordinates staffing partners and employee programs, supports audits and regulatory documentation, and maintains a visible HR presence on the production and warehouse floor.

Leads operational excellence across five manufacturing facilities by driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, productivity and labor optimization, standardization, performance analytics, automation support, and leadership development. Conducts site assessments, establishes best practices, validates savings with Finance, develops operational dashboards, and coaches plant leaders. Requires regular travel to facilities, approximately 30–50% of the time.

Provide hands-on HR support across employee relations, benefits and 401(k) administration, FMLA/leave and workers' compensation management, compliance (I-9, OSHA), training, HRIS recordkeeping, unemployment claim responses, and HR reporting to support managers and employees and improve HR processes.
