Leads strategic and operational HR and safety programs across seven U.S. locations, supporting approximately 300 employees and 1,000 temporary workers. Oversees workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance management, employee relations, benefits, wellness, compliance, safety, engagement, HR systems, reporting, budgeting, and multi-state labor-law compliance. Manages the HR team and partners with executive and site leadership to strengthen workforce capability, organizational performance, and employee engagement.
