Design AI-ready module boundaries, API contracts, documentation, and agent workflows involving tool use and autonomous execution. Lead Developer Experience engineering and AI-native architecture initiatives. Drive adoption of Productboard Spark by running activation sprints, managing a book of accounts, coaching product and engineering leaders on AI-first workflows, configuring prompts and contexts, supporting transitions to sustained adoption, partnering with AEs for renewals and expansions, and feeding customer insights back into product and playbooks.

As a Staff/Senior AI Product Engineer, you will build AI-powered product features, enhance the tech stack, and design AI workflows while collaborating with product teams. Your focus will be on agent-native architecture and improving the codebase for AI agents.

As a Senior Backend Product Engineer, you will develop backend systems, enhance user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure AI integration in product development.

The role involves building AI-ready web applications, collaborating with product managers and designers, and improving workflows based on user feedback.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with customers, driving technical solutions from discovery to deployment, while providing product feedback and representing the company at industry events.

As a Sales Engineer, you'll work closely with customers to solve complex technical problems, lead sales cycles, provide product feedback, and represent the company at industry events.

Drive AI-first product management adoption by managing a book of accounts, running activation sprints, coaching product and engineering teams on Spark and prompt design, tracking usage and health metrics, supporting renewals and expansions, and feeding product and playbook improvements back to the team.
