As a Sales Engineer, you'll work closely with customers to solve complex technical problems, lead sales cycles, provide product feedback, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead a team owning developer experience and platform: improve build/test/release/operate workflows, run production operations and on-call, build AI-embedded tooling (code review, incident agents), own infrastructure, costs, dashboards, and vendor tooling while coaching engineers and driving platform strategy.

Drive AI-first product management adoption by managing a book of accounts, running activation sprints, coaching product and engineering teams on Spark and prompt design, tracking usage and health metrics, supporting renewals and expansions, and feeding product and playbook improvements back to the team.
