Manages school marketing, student recruitment, enrollment conversion, application and registration processes, and student retention initiatives. Develops digital, social, email, text, and print campaigns; coordinates outreach events, tours, open houses, and orientations; maintains CRM and student records; follows up with families; monitors marketing and enrollment metrics; and collaborates with school leadership, staff, community partners, and media representatives.

Provides classroom instruction and student supervision when regular elementary teachers are absent. Follows prepared lesson plans, maintains classroom routines and behavior, documents daily activities, follows school policies, protects confidential information, and collaborates with school staff and administrators.
