Produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow plans. Oversee wide-format print production for a USA facility, managing workflow, operators, equipment uptime, print RIPs, color profiling, quality control, packing, and shipping. Recruit, train, and develop the production team, maintain a safe and motivating workplace, meet SLA targets, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and evaluate emerging print technologies.
