Produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow plans. Oversee AP, AR, inventory, revenue recognition, controls, ERP reporting, and finance process improvements across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Support audits, statutory reporting, tax submissions, technical accounting, payroll reconciliation, and financial risk management while partnering with operational leaders to improve decisions.

Manage and expand Prodigi’s global print partner network in Amsterdam. Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding production partners, negotiating commercial terms, maintaining pricing and shipping models, analyzing routing and costs, recovering absorbed expenses, documenting agreements, supporting key accounts, and collaborating with Customer Experience, Production, Sales, and Engineering. The role requires strong commercial judgment, advanced spreadsheet skills, partner negotiation ability, and comfort managing multiple workstreams independently.

Oversee wide-format print production for a USA facility, managing workflow, operators, equipment uptime, print RIPs, color profiling, quality control, packing, and shipping. Recruit, train, and develop the production team, maintain a safe and motivating workplace, meet SLA targets, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and evaluate emerging print technologies.
