The Management Accountant will prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, VAT returns, cash-flow reports, variance analysis, and management reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining financial controls, supporting audits, overseeing ledgers, credit control, and cash management, and partnering with operational teams on budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost control. The role will also provide commercial insight, improve processes and automation, strengthen reporting, and lead the Finance Assistant while communicating effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
