Serve as the HR Business Partner for the North Chicago manufacturing plant, reporting to the Site HR Leader. Support employee well-being and development, lead HR initiatives and small projects, deliver HR operational excellence via systems, identify business opportunities, and balance employee and business needs.

Lead and improve CoHo's end-to-end content operations: intake, prioritization, workflow systems, SOPs, tools, and capacity planning. Drive visibility, resourcing decisions, process adoption, and automation to enable scalable, consistent creative and production delivery.

Lead PR and communications for P&G Ventures' brand launches, driving earned media, digital/social strategy, influencer/KOL programs, community management, agency oversight, measurement, and cross-functional counsel to build brand awareness and reputation.
