Lead SAP WMS technical/functional configuration, testing, training, and support for a warehouse rollout. Translate business requirements into SAP WM/MM solutions, act as subject matter expert and lead resource, and support offshore-onshore deployment using RF devices and warehouse best practices.

Design and deliver UX concepts, prototypes, visual designs, and production assets for new devices. Collaborate with UX leads and development teams, present concepts to stakeholders, and create detailed style guidelines and visual asset specifications.

Install, document, and support Software-Defined Infrastructure (Azure, VMware, OpenStack) on targeted hardware. Develop SDI demos for sales/marketing, create troubleshooting guides, perform Linux system administration, patching, scripting, automation, and manage 24/7 operational environments and shared storage.

Provide production support and code enhancements for embedded systems using C++ on WinCE. Troubleshoot issues, develop GUI/Multimedia features with Qt, work with SQL Server, and collaborate in an Agile, team-based environment. QNX/Linux knowledge is a plus.

Manage account enrollment for channel membership programs, validate and scrub customer data to support reporting and payment systems, analyze and report data inconsistencies, participate in meetings to improve data management, and support escalations related to customer data issues.

Support Americas Sales and Marketing by performing CRM administrative and audit tasks, executing SAP web-interface tasks, running reports, performing Excel-based analysis and data audits, managing support inboxes, documenting processes, and training/transitioning work to third-party providers.

Assess and execute migration from Connect Enterprise to Sterling File Gateway. Perform system analysis, migrate Sterling Commerce applications, develop and run scripts (Perl, Unix shell, Windows, DOS), and ensure successful cutover and documentation. Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.

Manage low-to-medium complexity IT infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, budget, scope, and risk requirements. Oversee governance, communications, planning, tracking, contracts/terms, and client satisfaction in a consulting, client-facing environment.

Support enforcement of the patching pipeline by ensuring security and non-security patches are applied. Prioritize and manage competing work with minimal oversight, produce documentation for technical and non-technical audiences, and use standard Office tools (Excel) for tracking and reporting.

Develop, debug, and maintain Windows applications using MFC and Visual Studio; write and debug firmware for Nordic ARM SoCs; create automated hardware validation tests; manage bugs, releases, and test documentation for manufacturing.

Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to senior executives including calendar management, travel and expense coordination, meeting and board materials preparation, minute-taking, office coordination, and supervision of administrative staff. Handle confidential M&A and due diligence documents and perform special projects and reporting as assigned.

Assess business requirements and existing systems, design and document solutions, define development approach, mentor developers, perform code reviews, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, liaise with infrastructure teams, resolve architectural issues, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Produce engineering and user documentation for wearable devices and platforms, including user guides, API and SDK guides, architecture overviews, and UI/UX specs. Manage large documentation projects, collaborate with product, design, engineering and global teams, and contribute to feature definition and developer-facing content.

Develop and support a custom test automation system for SSD firmware continuous-integration testing. Work primarily with PHP and MySQL to implement features, write unit tests, debug and support the web/database application, and rapidly prototype to clarify vague requirements while participating on an Agile Scrum team.
