Performs millwright installation, alignment, leveling, assembly, dismantling, lubrication, preventive maintenance, adjustment, and repair of industrial machinery at customer sites. Uses hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, hoists, and welding equipment while following safety procedures. Coordinates installations and repairs with coworkers, maintains clean work areas, and supports customer needs. Requires physical access to plant locations, lifting over 50 pounds, flexible shifts, overtime, on-call availability, and extensive travel.

The Millwright-CDL is responsible for transporting tools and equipment to job sites, performing millwright tasks, conducting maintenance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

The Steam Turbine Project Manager oversees steam turbine projects, coordinating teams, managing customer relations, ensuring quality and safety standards, and tracking project costs.

Develop technical solutions, repair scopes, cost estimates, and customer proposals for steam turbine repair, overhaul, retrofit, outage, and installation projects. Review inspection data, drawings, specifications, and field findings; evaluate repair alternatives; estimate labor, materials, subcontractors, tooling, equipment, and travel; and support customer meetings, site visits, proposal reviews, and project handoffs. Collaborate with engineering, field services, procurement, machining, fabrication, sales, and operations teams while improving estimating processes and accuracy.

Leads the strategy, lifecycle management, growth, and execution of steam turbine services and products. Partners with customers, sales, engineering, field service, and operations teams on market analysis, technical solutions, proposals, outage planning, project execution, and service improvements. Serves as the internal steam turbine expert, supports business development, monitors profitability and KPIs, and maintains significant customer and field engagement across North America.

The Damper/Air Handling Designer creates customer arrangement and fabrication drawings, checks designs, and supports project management and fabrication. Requires proficiency in CAD and communication skills.

Lead a team overseeing field testing, data collection, analysis, and reporting for industrial fan systems and auxiliary equipment. Manage scheduling, safety, estimation, inspection planning, proposal support, equipment calibration, training, and client coordination.

Operate CNC and manual lathes, mills, grinders, VTLs and related machines to produce precision parts; perform setups, machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality checks; read blueprints and use measuring tools; follow and promote safety programs; provide backup to other positions and work required shifts, overtime, and on-call as needed.

Drive regional business growth across the Northeast by managing full sales cycle for industrial customers (Waste-to-Energy, Cement, Biomass, Pulp & Paper). Build customer relationships, prepare RFQs and proposals, coordinate project execution with Operations and Field Services, track sales performance, manage project changes, and support post-project follow-up. Requires technical aptitude, travel (~50%), and strong communication and organizational skills.
