Design and detail custom material-handling equipment such as conveyors, feeders, chutes, hoppers, silos, and bins. Create fabrication drawings, plant layouts, equipment arrangements, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation. Collaborate with engineering, project management, fabrication, manufacturing, and installation teams. Participate in field measurements and equipment inspections while supporting projects from concept through fabrication and installation.

Leads FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, pricing strategy, profitability analysis, capital planning, and strategic decision support. Partners with executive, operational, sales, engineering, project management, and manufacturing leaders to improve margins, resource allocation, working capital, and business performance. Oversees KPI development, reporting improvements, scenario analysis, and business cases while leading and developing the FP&A team.

Performs millwright installation, alignment, leveling, assembly, dismantling, lubrication, preventive maintenance, adjustment, and repair of industrial machinery at customer sites. Uses hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, hoists, and welding equipment while following safety procedures. Coordinates installations and repairs with coworkers, maintains clean work areas, and supports customer needs. Requires physical access to plant locations, lifting over 50 pounds, flexible shifts, overtime, on-call availability, and extensive travel.
