Deploys, installs, configures, and validates enterprise software, integrations, and updates across customer test and production environments. Troubleshoots IIS, authentication, data sources, application configuration, and SQL Server-related issues; reviews logs and documents remediation. Coordinates with internal teams and customers, communicates deployment status and risks, delivers data files, and recommends improvements to deployment documentation and processes. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for customer maintenance windows.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ProcedeExcede DMS customers via phone, email, and remote tools; participate in rotations, on-site implementation go-lives, training, QA testing, and ongoing customer relationship building to ensure timely issue resolution and product adoption.

Design and build cloud-native, SaaS-ready services while decomposing legacy monoliths. Lead architecture, mentor engineers, implement observability, perform code reviews, and refine AI-augmented development workflows and CI/CD deployments.
