Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping, manage candidate experience, analyze recruiting metrics, and support employer branding and community outreach in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Support QA and compliance for dietary supplement manufacturing by reviewing labels, Supplement Facts, batch and master records, supplier files, quarantines, MRB items, and internal audits. Maintain and input quality data in electronic systems, escalate issues, and assist cross-functionally to ensure cGMP and regulatory readiness.

Serve as the Finance/Accounting SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and ongoing support. Assist with data migration, configuration validation, Tier 2/3 support, testing (UAT, regression), cutover, go-live hypercare, and project coordination. Provide Finance-focused troubleshooting, documentation, and training support while liaising between Finance, IT, vendors, and operations.
