Serves as the onsite HR representative for a Colorado manufacturing facility, supporting employee relations, manager coaching, onboarding, HR administration, payroll and benefits coordination, compliance, engagement, and workforce reporting. Owns full-cycle recruiting for production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, and other operational roles. Builds talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, community partnerships, and hiring events while maintaining employee and candidate records, supporting audits, and escalating complex matters to HR leadership.

Supports HR administration across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, evaluations, terminations, training, reporting, badges, lockers, events, and travel coordination. Maintains confidential personnel documentation, audits employment records, updates ADP, assists with orientations and employment paperwork, and provides receptionist backup. The role also supports HR communications, supplies, organization charts, and company quality initiatives in an office and manufacturing environment.

Leads the company’s HR function across corporate and manufacturing operations. Owns HR strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, employment-law compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, HR systems, policies, leadership development, and change management. Builds scalable HR infrastructure, develops the HR team, manages investigations and leave programs, analyzes workforce metrics, and partners with executives and operational leaders on organizational effectiveness, culture, and growth.

Leads procurement and strategic sourcing across nutraceutical, food, and consumer product manufacturing operations. Develops sourcing strategies, manages suppliers and negotiations, oversees procurement teams, translates demand into purchasing plans, mitigates supply-chain risks, balances inventory and working capital, and supports ERP/MRP processes. Partners with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and executive leadership to ensure material availability, supplier compliance, cost effectiveness, and operational growth.

Conduct daily production-floor QA audits to ensure cGMP and SOP compliance: inspect in-process and finished goods, review batch and electronic records, document and escalate nonconformances, support investigations and corrective actions, perform environmental monitoring, and assist audits and training.

Lead analytical method development, optimization, validation, verification, and transfer activities. Support ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and cGMP compliance, troubleshoot instrumentation, train staff, conduct investigations (OOS/OOT), prepare validation documentation, and drive continuous improvement to improve data quality and laboratory performance.

Lead and execute omnichannel creative campaigns across digital, print, packaging, events, and video; evolve brand guidelines; collaborate with marketing/product teams; mentor junior designers; produce or supervise video/multimedia; contribute to L&D strategies and support company learning goals.

Lead process and equipment design, optimization, and capital projects to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety. Apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to reduce waste, analyze OEE and cycle-time data, develop SOPs, troubleshoot electromechanical equipment, and partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to support NPI and continuous improvement.
