Lead and execute omnichannel creative campaigns across digital, print, packaging, events, and video; evolve brand guidelines; collaborate with marketing/product teams; mentor junior designers; produce or supervise video/multimedia; contribute to L&D strategies and support company learning goals.

Lead process and equipment design, optimization, and capital projects to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety. Apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to reduce waste, analyze OEE and cycle-time data, develop SOPs, troubleshoot electromechanical equipment, and partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to support NPI and continuous improvement.

Design and deliver employee experience and employer branding initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Lead engagement programs, onboarding, internal communications, events, recognition, and analytics. Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Marketing, and business leaders to attract, engage, and retain talent while fostering culture and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Clean and sanitize processing and packaging equipment per SSOPs, perform CIP/COP and equipment disassembly, document sanitation control points, follow the Master Sanitation Schedule, coordinate with QA/QC/Safety on cleaning chemicals, and assist continuous sanitation improvements. May perform other assigned duties and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain capsule encapsulation machinery. Perform machine adjustments, in-process measurements, cleaning, assembly/disassembly, and document activities in PCLE. Follow cGMP, safety and PPE protocols, report equipment issues, meet production targets, and perform physical tasks including lifting and respirator use.

Support QA and compliance for dietary supplement manufacturing by reviewing labels, Supplement Facts, batch and master records, supplier files, quarantines, MRB items, and internal audits. Maintain and input quality data in electronic systems, escalate issues, and assist cross-functionally to ensure cGMP and regulatory readiness.
