Lead visual design and front-end implementation of landing pages, email campaigns, and interactive web experiences. Translate Figma into accessible, responsive HTML/CSS/JS, build reusable components and design systems, optimize performance and SEO, conduct usability testing, and collaborate with marketing, IT, and dev teams to deploy high-converting digital assets.

Manage plant financial operations including general ledger, cost and inventory accounting, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, FP&A, capital planning, and operational performance metrics. Partner with plant and corporate leaders, lead a finance team, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, and translate financial and operational data into actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain capsule encapsulation machinery. Perform machine adjustments, in-process measurements, cleaning, assembly/disassembly, and document activities in PCLE. Follow cGMP, safety and PPE protocols, report equipment issues, meet production targets, and perform physical tasks including lifting and respirator use.
