Uses Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, and AI-powered design tools to deliver high-quality creative work across multiple brands.

Oversee daily operations across multiple lines of business, leading Team Leaders and operational staff to meet productivity, quality, customer experience, compliance, and client KPI targets. Manage staffing, workforce coverage, training, goal setting, performance reporting, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and succession planning while supporting efficient and profitable service delivery.
