Lead strategy and digital transformation for major campaigns by assessing current-state operations, identifying friction, using data-driven insights, and designing future-state solutions. Partner with Operations and Digital teams to improve efficiency and margins, build digital roadmaps, present to enterprise clients, and support rollouts of conversational AI, automated quality management, and knowledge management platforms.
