Support payroll operations by preparing and validating payroll data, computing final pay for resigned employees, maintaining payroll trackers, coordinating with HR and Accounting, preparing statutory and payroll reports (including BIR Form 2316), responding to payroll inquiries, and assisting with year-end and ad hoc payroll tasks.

Own end-to-end reporting and analytics for an assigned contact-centre client: build, automate and reconcile dashboards and reports; produce trend, driver and forecast analysis; present insights to clients and stakeholders; support forecasting, risk alerts, business cases and governance; mentor reporting team and improve reporting processes.

Provide 2nd-level global desktop and end-user computing support: manage queues, troubleshoot hardware/software, escalate to 3rd tier, support infrastructure tasks, participate in BAU projects, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain security, compliance, and customer-focused IT service delivery.
