Design and execute functional, non-functional, and regression tests; validate conversational AI flows and speech interactions; log and manage defects; maintain testing documentation and test suites; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases and improve testing standards and processes.

Act as a strategic finance advisor for Support and SG&A departments, producing monthly spend reports, conducting budget vs. actual variance analysis, delivering transaction-level spend insights, guiding department heads via review meetings, and maintaining financial models and dashboards in NetSuite and Adaptive Planning to improve cost reporting and allocation.

Lead and develop frontline managers and teams to meet performance targets. Use quantitative and qualitative data to plan and drive improvements, run meetings and coaching, manage metrics/reports, handle client escalations and stakeholder reviews, and enforce company policies to maintain productivity and employee engagement.
