Conducts assessments, workshops, migrations, modernization, FinOps reviews, and executive presentations. Architects Microsoft infrastructure, hybrid identity, endpoint management, governance, resilience, and disaster recovery. Develops technical documentation, guides implementation teams, mentors engineers, and supports managed-services handoffs and follow-on opportunities.

Leads global inside sales and business development across North America, owning pipeline generation, enterprise prospecting, GTM strategy, forecasting, and revenue growth. Manages SDR and BDM teams, develops ABM and outbound campaigns, builds Microsoft partner-led sales motions, and engages executive stakeholders. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Account Executives, Solution Architects, Delivery, and Customer Success to improve qualification, opportunity progression, conversion, and sales performance.

Designs and executes functional, regression, integration, API, data validation, exploratory, and automated tests. Analyzes requirements, identifies defects, verifies fixes, supports CI/CD quality gates, and communicates quality risks. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve testability and release confidence. Applies AI-assisted test design, secure healthcare data practices, accessibility, security, performance, compliance, and traceability standards.
