The Technical Project Manager will lead project teams, ensure timely and budget completion of projects, foster stakeholder cooperation, and drive innovation and process improvements across the organization.

The Virtualization Solution Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing enterprise virtualization solutions, leading migrations, and ensuring alignment with managed services standards, while also providing technical leadership and client engagement.

Administer and optimize Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Data Center). Design workflows, automations, integrations (REST API, GitHub, Bitbucket, CI/CD), dashboards and JQL reports. Provide user support, training, upgrades, lifecycle management, governance, audits, and plugin evaluation to enable agile delivery and data-driven reporting.
