Manage international client relationships, support customers throughout campaigns, monitor account activity, resolve issues, and drive retention, repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling. Maintain accurate CRM records, meet sales and customer growth KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, and share customer feedback. The role requires strong English communication, organization, commercial awareness, and experience managing clients in a customer-facing capacity.

Provide customer support for the PRNEWS.IO platform through chat, email, calls, and other channels. Troubleshoot issues, guide clients, meet response-time and service KPIs, identify recurring problems, improve knowledge-base content and support processes, and share customer feedback with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams.

Own Medialister’s US sales growth across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, closing, and relationship development. Build and manage the sales pipeline, convert inbound and outbound opportunities, and sell to agencies, publishers, and businesses. Partner with Marketing and leadership on US go-to-market strategy, identify growth opportunities, and represent the company at virtual and occasional in-person meetings.
