Lead development and execution of company-wide safety and compliance programs across multi-site waste and transportation operations. Oversee fleet safety, incident investigations, regulatory inspections, audits, training, data analysis, and corrective actions to reduce injuries, accidents, claims, and regulatory exposure. Partner with operations, risk management, and maintenance to implement safety controls and standardize practices during onboarding and acquisitions.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, HR recordkeeping, leaves (FMLA, workers' comp), performance support, HR reporting, and policy implementation.

Lead and manage daily field operations for waste and recycling services, ensuring safety, DOT compliance, route execution, employee training and performance, customer issue resolution, and continuous process improvements while coordinating with maintenance, HR, and safety teams.
