Drive fast, audit-ready monthly close, produce consolidated board-ready reporting, maintain internal controls, oversee ERP (NetSuite) modernization, integrate acquired entities, manage external audits, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Develop and enforce workplace safety policies, provide training, conduct risk assessments, perform ride-alongs and pre/post-trip inspections, review incidents and video footage, ensure DOT and regulatory compliance, and document accidents and safety activities across worksites.
