Generate new commercial business and manage high-value accounts across Metro Detroit through prospecting, cold-calling, B2B field sales, regular site visits, relationship building, pipeline management, and occasional past-due invoice outreach to support retention and growth.

Leads drivers and daily waste-collection logistics operations. Responsibilities include route assignment and adjustments, real-time driver support, customer issue escalation, route tracking, performance monitoring, safety and regulatory compliance, driver onboarding and coaching, and continuous process improvement. The role also oversees waste storage areas, documentation, equipment, and procedures at the Auburn Hills yard.
