Provide first- and second-level customer support through email and phone, troubleshoot issues, onboard clients, configure and install devices, coordinate device logistics, test returned equipment and software, update user manuals, and escalate complex cases. The role also supports account setup, customer training, inventory management, and quality assurance while working in a hybrid Zagreb-based environment.

Manage strategic banking accounts, identify business needs, develop technology solution opportunities, lead sales processes, prepare RFP and bid responses, coordinate proposals through closure, and build trusted client relationships. The role owns revenue targets, account planning, market intelligence, customer engagement, solution promotion, and brand development while collaborating with internal product, delivery, vendor, and partner teams.

Develop, maintain, enhance, test, and troubleshoot POS software applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Design reusable solutions that satisfy business and end-user requirements, support new business needs, and contribute to collaborative multi-country projects. The role requires strong C and C++ development experience, Windows Server knowledge, analytical problem-solving skills, and fluency in Greek and English.
