Supports sales and clients as a technical resource for Autodesk AEC solutions. Delivers in-person and virtual training, develops curricula, customizes workflows, troubleshoots software and licensing issues, supports onboarding, maintains training environments, and participates in demonstrations. The role requires strong Autodesk expertise, presentation and communication skills, customer problem-solving abilities, and travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Operate wide-format printers, plotters, and scanners to produce high-quality prints, perform finishing, maintain equipment, manage multiple jobs, and occasionally deliver print orders to customers.

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts by prospecting, qualifying opportunities, maintaining a sales pipeline, and building strong customer relationships. Use CRM and Microsoft Office to track activities, coordinate orders and logistics with internal teams, attend industry events, and expand product knowledge to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
