Leads civil infrastructure preconstruction activities, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, site investigations, bid preparation, subcontractor negotiations, and client presentations. Reviews plans and specifications, identifies risks and constructability issues, manages estimating teams, and supports project handoffs. Sets up and maintains telecommunications construction projects and contracts in Viewpoint. Acts as a liaison among project management, construction, finance, billing, and project controls teams to maintain accurate project data throughout the project lifecycle.

Develops and supports in-house construction management applications in Microsoft environments. Responsibilities include following established architecture and development procedures, maintaining software and integrated systems, documenting changes, collaborating with team members, learning new technologies, and meeting deadlines. The role involves full-stack development using SQL Server, VB.NET, WPF, XAML, and potentially SSRS and ASP.NET, along with software development lifecycle practices and programming best practices.
