The Engineer 3 role involves optimizing plant operations through process design, leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with standards. Responsibilities include project execution, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making for efficiency improvements.

Lead enterprise-level accounting and controls for consolidated financial reporting. Prepare GAAP-compliant monthly/quarterly/annual statements, manage general ledger and close activities, perform technical accounting research, support balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, maintain controls, assist audits, train stakeholders, and provide analytical insights to senior management for decision-making.

Drive performance management, training, and continuous improvement to meet company H&S objectives.

Lead plant reliability efforts including reliability-focused capital projects, equipment uptime improvement, RCAs and SME support, maintenance KPI development, and compliance/technical support for OSHA, ASME, NFPA and PSM requirements to ensure long-term operational stability.

Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Supply Chain and Procurement. Drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, savings tracking, capital and project analysis, and compliance with financial controls.
