Lead FP&A and SG&A planning, reporting, and analysis for the Centre of Excellence. Manage budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, SG&A dashboards (Power BI), drive reporting standardization, mentor the team, ensure process continuity, and partner with functional heads on cost drivers and strategic initiatives.

Own and improve the 15-month demand forecast across multiple business units. Lead SKU segmentation and statistical model design, facilitate S&OP demand reviews, run RCCA on forecast misses, own accuracy and bias KPIs (MAPE/wMAPE), develop planning tools and automation, and align sales, finance, and operations for new product onboarding and scenario-driven planning presented to senior leadership.

Monitor daily production to ensure quality, cost, and efficiency; design and implement continuous process improvements; assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions; and contribute to design and execution of moderately complex projects.
