Interim People & Culture Advisor responsible for managing a high-volume UK employee relations caseload, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and flexible working matters. The role coaches managers, advises on employment law and risk, owns onboarding, supports payroll and statutory requests, maintains policies and compliance, and improves HR processes. The advisor will also manage employee lifecycle activity, use HR systems and automation, and provide a comprehensive handover at the end of the contract.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Provide actionable reporting and commercial insight on revenue, margin, and costs using Excel and Power BI. Support pricing, client profitability, bids, post-project reviews, scenario modelling, and strategic initiatives while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business performance.
