Support day-to-day delivery of medical communications projects: coordinate timelines, events, materials, financial tracking, databases and approvals per SOPs and Good Publication Practice. Work with senior account leads, internal teams, clients and KOLs to ensure on-time, compliant delivery, accurate records, invoicing, and post-project learnings while building industry knowledge and client relationships.

Lead pipeline development and convert new business opportunities in medical communications and healthcare. Manage proposals, CRM, client interactions, events, and cross-functional coordination to support strategic pursuits and revenue growth.
