Teams at Prime Executive Office

Serve as the Co-Founder's trusted operational and personal partner, owning calendar and travel, preparing briefs, driving follow-up, coordinating cross-functional priorities and public appearances, managing personal logistics, and traveling frequently to enable the founder's highest-impact work.

Contract, remote recruiting work to source, evaluate, and engage candidates for Chief of Staff and senior executive office roles. Build talent pipelines, conduct outreach and initial interviews, partner with Prime consultants on searches, and help maintain excellent candidate experience on project-based assignments.

Provide in-person executive and personal support to a founder, managing calendar, travel, household vendors, errands, health logistics, document organization, and occasional creative project assistance. Anticipate needs, prepare briefings, coordinate meetings and travel, and maintain discretion while partnering with the Chief of Staff to keep priorities moving forward.
