Designs and delivers sales, product, systems, and compliance training across the organization. Conducts needs assessments, creates Articulate Rise e-learning and AI trainer agents, facilitates in-person and virtual sessions, manages LMS content and completion tracking, and evaluates training effectiveness using performance metrics. Partners with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to improve employee readiness, sales productivity, customer experience, and training outcomes.

Sell AT&T wireless, entertainment, and connectivity products in a retail store while providing personalized customer service. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, meeting sales goals, handling cash, supporting store operations, completing AT&T system transactions and required training, and collaborating with teammates. The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, reliable transportation, professional presentation, and the ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Conduct door-to-door sales within assigned Dallas-area territories, promote fiber broadband services, answer prospect questions, close new customer deals, and meet monthly sales targets. Build relationships with HOAs and communities, maintain accurate activity records, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, attend training, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires independent territory management, persuasive communication, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
