Teams at Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC)

Leads consulting practice operations across pricing, capacity planning, CRM and engagement tracking, portfolio management, vendor contracts, invoicing, quality improvement, impact measurement, and operational infrastructure. Partners with finance, HR, legal, and central operations teams; supports new service development, proposals, technology improvements, and grant compliance. Manages project and engagement managers while strengthening collaboration, systems, staff development, and scalable practice operations.

Leads and grows PCDC’s healthcare consulting business across primary care operations, financial sustainability, and population health. Oversees service line directors, delivery quality, capacity, financial performance, business development, client and funder relationships, proposals, partnerships, budgeting, and administrative operations. The role combines hands-on leadership with significant external relationship development across New York and the Northeast, supporting primary care providers and health equity initiatives.
