Partner with store leadership to implement people strategy across stores: support performance and talent management, learning and recruitment, engagement and wellbeing, employee relations, compliance, KPI monitoring, and change initiatives while providing HR coaching and operational HR support.

Support planning, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms. Create and review campaign assets and copy, liaise with agencies and internal teams, monitor performance using analytics tools, and help optimise paid media. Manage multiple projects, brief stakeholders, and research trends to improve campaign effectiveness.

Create and deliver digital campaign assets across email, paid media, web and social from concept to completion. Produce imagery, animated GIFs, motion graphics and edited video, maintain assets in a DAM, ensure brand alignment, and collaborate with Paid, Brand and Marketing teams to optimise online content.
