Teams at Primark

Supports apparel product development and quality assurance by learning garment fit, construction, sizing, testing, compliance, materials, sustainability, manufacturing, and risk assessment. Assists with fit sessions, product reviews, supplier communication, quality decisions, KPI delivery, administrative tasks, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Buying teams and other stakeholders.

Supports Technology cost management, purchase order requisitions, cost tracking, accruals, invoice resolution, period-end processes, and vendor onboarding. Maintains documentation, cost centres, project codes, and financial records while coordinating with Finance, Procurement, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role also manages reporting, stakeholder communications, training support, and continuous process improvements. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, with Oracle or SoftCo experience advantageous.

Owns Technology communications, including newsletters, town halls, and team events, while supporting technology transformation initiatives. Leads workstreams and smaller projects, contributing to discovery, data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, benefits tracking, risk management, and change adoption. Builds relationships with Technology and central-function stakeholders, drives continuous improvement, and uses AI-enabled tools and automation to improve reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
