Support Data & Analytics transformation by eliciting and documenting business requirements, mapping processes and data flows, engaging stakeholders across functions, and enabling adoption through testing, UAT, and change activities to deliver modern data platform and reporting solutions.

Capture and translate business requirements for data and analytics initiatives. Engage stakeholders across functions to define reporting, data flows, and processes. Produce user stories, process maps, data diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Support testing, UAT, delivery prioritisation, data governance, and adoption to enable a modern data platform and analytics capability.

Manage an allocated store section, oversee daily operations (tills/fitting rooms), drive commercial planning, stock and visual merchandising, organise and coach retail assistants, optimise sales and customer experience, and support team development.
