The role involves cleaning and refurbishing vehicles, applying wax, cleaning interiors, and inspecting for defects while adhering to safety practices.

Responds to customer inquiries across phone, text, email, and internet leads; schedules and confirms sales appointments in DriveCentric; follows up with unsold customers, pending deals, and aged leads; records interactions accurately; and coordinates handoffs of purchase-ready customers to sales representatives and managers. Success is measured by response time, appointment show rate, CRM accuracy, and follow-up completion.

Cleans and refurbishes new and used vehicles to dealership standards. Tasks include exterior wash, interior vacuuming and cleaning, waxing, engine cleaning, minor touch-ups, tire dressing, window sticker management, and maintaining a safe, tidy work area.
