Oversee operational, financial, physical, and team performance for a small portfolio of residential communities. Lead and develop Community Managers and maintenance teams, manage budgets, review financials, ensure compliance and property standards, coordinate capital projects and vendor contracts, and support leasing, marketing, and resident experience to protect asset value and improve community performance.

Manage daily property operations including inspections, move-ins/outs, contractor oversight, resident relations, rent/delinquency monitoring, leasing supervision, financial recordkeeping, and 24-hour emergency on-call duties.
