Leads end-to-end bid and tender responses for NHS, local authority, public health, and healthcare opportunities. Responsibilities include opportunity qualification, bid strategy, persuasive writing, social value development, procurement portal management, stakeholder coordination, compliance governance, pipeline research, content library management, and win/loss analysis. The role also tracks bid performance, improves submission processes, and represents the organization in procurement discussions.

Lead operational improvement for sexual health nursing services during a three-month service growth and transition period. Responsibilities include workforce planning, capacity management, productivity improvement, operating-model review, service mobilisation, operational change, KPI and reporting development, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and establishing practical processes and ownership across Clinical and Operations teams.

Support and maintain the ISO 15189:2022 Quality Management System for the laboratory. Monitor KPIs, lead quality meetings, run audits and investigations, provide training and procedural guidance, manage document control, support validation/verification activities, and ensure compliance with health & safety and data regulations.

Provide non-technical operational support for laboratory functioning including housekeeping, waste management, stock control, archiving, logistics, and basic administrative tasks to enable technical staff to focus on testing.
