Lead the technical direction and architecture for Windows and macOS client software and its cloud integrations. Own synchronization, local state, reliability, secure protocols, enterprise identity, encrypted search, performance, diagnostics, testing, and release standards. Drive multi-team initiatives, make organization-wide architectural decisions, mentor senior engineers, represent engineering with customers and executives, and remain hands-on with critical software development.

Owns end-to-end customer journey operations across Customer Success, Technical Support, and Preferred Partner teams. Implements AI-enabled customer success and IT service platforms, builds scalable workflows, manages reporting and forecasting, improves process adoption, and coordinates requirements and integrations with Revenue Operations. The role drives cross-functional launches, operational visibility, AI effectiveness, service desk performance, customer health scoring, and continuous process improvement in a high-volume SaaS environment.

Own and scale a large AWS multi-account platform, maintaining account baselines, guardrails, identity, networking, containers, patching, drift, costs, and logging. Build platform features, infrastructure-as-code templates, and CI/CD pipelines; automate repetitive operations; monitor platform health; respond to incidents; and ensure changes meet regulated-environment change-control and audit requirements.
