Leads critical infrastructure security and resilience projects for CISA, overseeing teams, stakeholder collaboration, dependency and threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, recovery objectives, resilience strategies, workshops, reporting, and project deliverables. Coordinates with government agencies, infrastructure owners, operators, project managers, and contracting representatives. Requires supervisory leadership, cybersecurity and infrastructure resilience expertise, technical communication skills, travel, U.S. citizenship, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Designs and develops training programs for U.S. Navy personnel and stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining learning objectives, collaborating with subject matter experts, creating storyboards and multimedia courses, implementing training in learning management systems, developing assessments, conducting needs analyses, and recommending instructional strategies. The role requires expertise in curriculum design, adult learning, technology-based content creation, and LMS implementation, with U.S. citizenship and a bachelor’s degree required.

Supports cybersecurity system planning, design, implementation, operations, reporting, and DoD RMF accreditation. Manages vulnerabilities, reviews network security configurations, monitors system health, responds to cyber incidents and tasking orders, maintains cybersecurity diagrams and change documentation, and trains military personnel. The role also provides expertise in risk management, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and cyber readiness reporting.
