Supports engineering delivery through project and issue hygiene, QA validation, release and roadmap tracking, reporting, meeting operations, bug triage, and stakeholder communications. The role maintains SDLC documentation, coordinates production promotions, prepares leadership materials, tracks milestones, and supports AI newsletter distribution. It is designed as an entry point into engineering project management, with increasing ownership of defined workstreams over time.

Lead accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and investor reporting functions for an open-ended residential credit fund. Manage quarterly/annual financial statement close, liaise with auditors and fund administrator, prepare portfolio subledgers and financing reports, oversee reconciliations, support tax work and investor queries, and maintain internal controls and documented policies.
