Serve as the appointed Money Laundering Reporting Officer, ensuring AML/CFT compliance under Maltese legislation and regulatory guidance. Design and maintain AML/CFT policies, business and customer risk assessments, controls, and regulatory reports. Review suspicious activity reports, submit disclosures to the FIAU, liaise with regulatory authorities, oversee audits, advise internal teams, maintain records, and report AML/CFT matters to senior management and the Board.

Manage and grow affiliate partnerships for iGaming brands in Finland, optimise performance and commercial structures, analyse data to meet KPIs, manage affiliate CRM, commissions and budgets, and build long-term partner relationships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Lead CRM strategy and execution for player lifecycle, campaigns (email, SMS, onsite), segmentation, and optimisation. Mentor junior staff, collaborate cross-functionally, measure performance, and drive commercial impact through data-driven CRM initiatives.
