Lead CRM strategy and execution for player lifecycle, campaigns (email, SMS, onsite), segmentation, and optimisation. Mentor junior staff, collaborate cross-functionally, measure performance, and drive commercial impact through data-driven CRM initiatives.

Manage and optimise CRM retention campaigns (email, SMS, onsite) for the Finnish market. Write and proofread Finnish/English content, support A/B testing, report performance, and collaborate with design, product, analytics, and compliance to improve player engagement and retention.
