Leads NASA SEWP and other federal ordering contracts, overseeing compliance, order intake, proposals, fulfillment, reporting, customer engagement, vendor relationships, and operational improvements. Supports the Federal Security Officer with security-related activities, manages risks and performance, trains internal teams, and advances automation for bid responses. The role requires extensive federal contracting experience, knowledge of FAR and IT acquisition processes, stakeholder coordination, and eligibility for a government security clearance.

Own and support the XaitCPQ platform used for professional services scoping, pricing, proposals, and change requests. Investigate issues, triage bugs, configure workflows, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, create documentation and training materials, support onboarding, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong communication, technical problem-solving, attention to detail, and familiarity with presales, professional services, platform administration, APIs, scripting, or related IT functions.

Lead Presidio’s corporate events strategy and execution, including conferences, executive summits, trade shows, leadership meetings, and regional events. Manage event budgets, vendors, contracts, logistics, production, executive support, risk planning, and ROI reporting. Build and mentor an events team while partnering with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and executives to deliver high-impact experiences aligned with corporate priorities. The role is remote in the U.S. and requires 35–50% travel.
