Leads executive discovery, consulting opportunity strategy, solution architecture, proposals, SOWs, commercialization, and delivery mobilization for enterprise data, analytics, AI, and GenAI engagements. Advises clients on modern data platforms, cloud modernization, governance, security, ML, and responsible AI. Requires strong presales, delivery leadership, workshop facilitation, architecture, estimation, and commercial skills across Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Designs and presents enterprise network and security solutions for customers during the presales process. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, developing end-to-end network architectures, leading technical discussions, creating bills of materials and statements of work, delivering demonstrations, and supporting sales teams. The role focuses on routing, switching, firewalls, data center networking, SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking, and related professional services.

Maintains and supports managed-services monitoring platforms, troubleshooting infrastructure monitoring, configurations, thresholds, integrations, and incidents. Manages service tickets, vendor escalations, documentation, testing, change implementation, and rotating on-call support. The role requires knowledge of networking, VMware, storage, Windows and Unix systems, monitoring tools, and Groovy scripting, along with strong client communication and operational problem-solving skills.
