Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and operations, build and mentor a recruitment team, partner with business leaders for workforce planning, manage vendor relationships, track hiring metrics, and drive employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruitment process improvements to meet organizational hiring goals.

Lead product delivery by connecting customer business needs with technical execution, driving outcomes through strategic collaboration and team leadership.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Azure resources). Troubleshoot identity/authentication, mail flow, connectivity and permissions; manage accounts, licenses, MFA/SSPR/Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect and PIM; monitor security/compliance (NIST SP 800-53 Moderate, CJIS), respond to incidents, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotations.
