Serve as the primary advocate and Preservica champion for a portfolio of key customers. Drive product adoption, retention, upsell and cross-sell, build decision-maker relationships, translate customer data into insights, lead strategic business reviews, and represent the Voice of the Customer internally to shape product roadmap and customer experience improvements.

The Enterprise Sales Executive engages directly with potential clients in the Energy and Utilities sectors, driving new business sales of digital preservation solutions. Responsibilities include managing sales territories, responding to RFPs and RFIs, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to meet sales targets.

The Digital Archiving Success Manager will support clients in their digital preservation programs, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement best practices in data management.
