Maintain employee records, onboarding and review processes, benefits and payroll systems, and the employee handbook. Support training, development, employee engagement, HR policies, and continuous improvement initiatives while providing confidential, detail-oriented HR administration in a growing SaaS company.

Own and build Preservica’s commercial contracts function across its global SaaS business. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, negotiating, administering, and filing customer, supplier, and partner contracts; advising on commercial and contractual risk; developing processes, playbooks, templates, governance, reporting, and contract tooling; and supporting UK and US regulatory research. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Finance to improve contract visibility, efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder confidence.

Lead Preservica’s global product marketing function across the US and UK. Own positioning, messaging, market expansion, go-to-market strategy, product launches, sales and partner enablement, and demand-generation support. Build and develop a high-performing global team while partnering with Product Management and executive stakeholders. Strengthen the Microsoft ecosystem narrative, particularly for Preserve365, and drive growth in regulated industries requiring compliance, governance, audit readiness, and records management.
