Own and scale Preply’s revenue operations systems, architecture, automation, data governance, reporting, and tooling strategy. Maintain and govern Looker: manage licenses, organize artifacts, produce documentation and onboarding materials, support self-service analytics, partner with stakeholders, and run small improvement projects to increase data discoverability and trust.

Lead technical direction and hands-on delivery across platform squads to improve CI/CD, reliability, scalability, and developer self-service. Drive operability (SLOs, monitoring, runbooks), troubleshoot high-impact production issues, build platform services, mentor senior engineers, participate in on-call, and use metrics to measure outcomes and adoption.
