Processes electronic and mailed-in toll violation notices through data entry, payment processing, research, reporting, and customer follow-up. Investigates discrepancies, identifies patterns, communicates with customers and agency representatives, resolves conflicts, and maintains accurate records. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, basic computer proficiency, typing ability, and excellent written and verbal communication. It is a hybrid position based in Phoenix with required downtown office presence.

Coordinate B2B marketing initiatives by organizing marketing resources, supporting website and social media updates, assisting campaign execution, preparing event materials, maintaining inventory, writing and editing proposal content, and improving marketing workflows while ensuring brand consistency.

Administer and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot and related M365 services: manage licenses, access, and security controls; enforce governance and sensitivity labels; monitor usage telemetry and produce reports; support deployment/testing of Copilot Studio agents; document procedures and escalate architectural or policy decisions to IT leadership.

Manage inbound and outbound phone-based sales opportunities from initial contact through close. Qualify leads, maintain pipeline in Dynamics 365, meet sales targets, handle objections, and communicate product value. Collaborate with team, participate in training, and develop a more consultative selling approach.

Lead and scale compliance operations for fleet and driver programs, including DQF management, D&A consortium oversight, vendor and TPA management, SOP and workflow design, KPI/reporting creation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.

Lead development of the web platform: own and prioritize the backlog, translate vision into user stories, run sprint ceremonies, collaborate with engineering, design, and QA, support roadmap execution, communicate trade-offs and risks, and drive continuous improvement in processes and product quality.

Own and prioritize the mobile product backlog and roadmap, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with UX, engineering, and QA, lead Agile ceremonies, monitor delivery and quality, conduct UAT, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement of mobile applications.

Serve as the functional Dynamics 365 Sales SME and liaison between Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT. Capture requirements, map processes, create user stories and acceptance criteria, support design/configuration, coordinate UAT, improve data quality and reporting, enable adoption through training and change management, and support integrations, releases, and ongoing production support.
