Capture requirements, map processes, create user stories and acceptance criteria, support design/configuration, coordinate UAT, improve data quality and reporting, enable adoption through training and change management, and support integrations, releases, and ongoing production support.

Design, build, and operate scalable Azure data pipelines and Databricks lakehouse platforms. Modernize SSIS workloads, implement Spark and Delta Lake solutions, and ensure production reliability, observability, data quality, and performance. Champion TDD, XP, CI/CD, AI-assisted development, and engineering standards while mentoring engineers. Support event-driven architectures and potentially MLOps, feature stores, and high-volume transportation data systems.

Own the full sales cycle for complex SMB fleet opportunities, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Manage pipeline forecasts, reactivation, win-back, account expansion, and revenue targets. Conduct consultative sales conversations, deliver virtual presentations, coordinate handoffs, and collaborate with customer success, onboarding, marketing, and larger-fleet sales teams. Provide market insights and help build scalable SMB account executive processes.

Sell PrePass fleet compliance software to small and mid-sized fleets in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, product demonstrations, proposal development, closing, quota attainment, CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and customer relationship building throughout the full sales cycle.

Leads PrePass tolling operations, overseeing people, processes, systems, controls, service levels, and performance. Drives operational accuracy, reconciliation, automation, continuous improvement, analytics, capacity planning, and cross-functional transformation. Builds accountable teams, develops managers, establishes KPIs and operating rhythms, manages risk, and ensures tolling services scale efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Own and prioritize the mobile product backlog and roadmap, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with UX, engineering, and QA, lead Agile ceremonies, monitor delivery and quality, conduct UAT, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement of mobile applications.
