Own and prioritize the mobile product backlog and roadmap, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with UX, engineering, and QA, lead Agile ceremonies, monitor delivery and quality, conduct UAT, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement of mobile applications.

Administer and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot and related M365 services: manage licenses, access, and security controls; enforce governance and sensitivity labels; monitor usage telemetry and produce reports; support deployment/testing of Copilot Studio agents; document procedures and escalate architectural or policy decisions to IT leadership.

Manage end-to-end federal and state motor carrier compliance filings (DOT, FMCSA, BOC-3, UCR, Form 2290, IRP, IFTA, state weight/distance taxes, permits). Collect and validate carrier data, submit and track filings, resolve rejections, maintain records, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet regulatory deadlines and renewals.

Coordinate B2B marketing initiatives by organizing marketing resources, supporting website and social media updates, assisting campaign execution, preparing event materials, maintaining inventory, writing and editing proposal content, and improving marketing workflows while ensuring brand consistency.

Lead and scale compliance operations for fleet and driver programs, including DQF management, D&A consortium oversight, vendor and TPA management, SOP and workflow design, KPI/reporting creation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate and oversee East Coast field operations for roadside PrePass systems: deploy, maintain, troubleshoot hardware/software/RF/networking, lead technicians, monitor performance, ensure safety and compliance, and support cross-functional engineering and customer communications.

Support tolling program oversight by developing SOPs and automated workflows, analyzing large datasets, producing Power BI reports, troubleshooting tolling system issues, training users, and coordinating resolution with internal and external stakeholders.

Design and develop customer-facing training and self-service resources (videos, guides, help center content), support onboarding and learning paths, partner with Product/Customer Success/Support/Marketing, maintain content in education platforms, and measure training effectiveness to drive adoption and reduce support.

Manage and secure Azure-first infrastructure: provision and maintain Windows Server VMs, AD DS, Azure AD Connect, patching, backups, IIS and file servers, monitor security posture, automate with PowerShell, participate in on-call and incident response, and maintain runbooks.

Design and build prototype and pilot-ready systems that integrate software with hardware, edge devices, and cloud platforms. Develop APIs, telemetry, diagnostics, and cloud-native deployments using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure. Lead field and lab testing, troubleshoot cross-stack issues, document findings, and mentor engineers while evaluating emerging technologies and producing recommendations for production systems.
