Lead development of the web platform: own and prioritize the backlog, translate vision into user stories, run sprint ceremonies, collaborate with engineering, design, and QA, support roadmap execution, communicate trade-offs and risks, and drive continuous improvement in processes and product quality.

Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, manage Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure, and implement Terraform-based automation. Configure containers, networking, monitoring, and security controls across development and production environments. Troubleshoot outages, improve reliability, support Azure DevOps-to-GitHub migrations, and mentor junior engineers while advancing DevSecOps practices.
