Leads day-shift production operations in a bottled-water manufacturing facility. Supervises, coaches, and develops production employees; ensures safety, quality, food-safety, production schedules, and operational standards are met. Coordinates staffing, equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, quality, logistics, and plant management activities. Maintains documentation, conducts safety meetings, addresses performance issues, and drives continuous improvement across productivity, efficiency, employee engagement, and plant performance.

Reviews and processes invoices and expense payments, verifies documentation, GL coding, approvals, and three-way purchase order matching. Reconciles vendor statements, resolves discrepancies, responds to vendor inquiries, supports freight payables, participates in payment runs, and assists with monthly closing and special projects. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, strong communication, accounting knowledge, and adherence to plant GMP, HACCP, SQF, and PPE requirements when entering production areas.

Oversee bottling-line staffing, setup, and operation to meet production, quality, safety, and customer standards. Train and orient production employees, support performance reviews, enforce GMP and safety requirements, conduct quality checks, maintain a clean work area, and report emergencies, injuries, and production incidents. The role works closely with the Production Supervisor and follows HACCP, SQF, and standard operating procedures.
