Oversee daily operations of a multi-line bottling and blow molding plant, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective production of quality products. Lead hiring, training, team development, Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, inventory, scheduling, safety, food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, SQF compliance, facility improvements, and KPI performance management.

Leads staffing, training, and operation of a nighttime 1-gallon bottling line. Oversees safe production, quality inspections, machine adjustments, material handling, sanitation, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Reports incidents and supports employee development while maintaining production standards and customer expectations. The role requires standing for 12-hour shifts and working a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Leads bottling-line employees and supports safe, efficient production. Responsibilities include setting up and operating machinery, troubleshooting minor issues, inspecting product quality, handling materials and finished goods, maintaining clean work areas, recording downtime, following standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices, coordinating repairs with maintenance, and training production personnel.
