Supervises and develops production personnel, executes schedules, maintains safety and quality standards, coordinates maintenance and logistics, troubleshoots equipment, verifies time records, completes paperwork, and ensures timely customer deliveries. Enforces GMP, HACCP, SQF, sanitation, FDA, and PPE requirements while maintaining production-area cleanliness and equipment care.
Leads staffing, training, and operation of high-speed bottling lines on a 2-2-3 day shift. Oversees safe production, quality inspections, minor machine adjustments, material stacking, finished-product handling, GMP compliance, sanitation, incident reporting, and employee development. Requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Manufacturing and leadership experience are preferred.
Oversee daily operations of a multi-line bottling and blow molding plant, including production, quality, safety, staffing, training, inventory, scheduling, budgets, and continuous improvement. Lead teams, establish KPIs, implement Lean practices, maintain GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance, support equipment installations and capital improvements, and ensure products meet customer standards, cost objectives, and production schedules.
Sell bottled water, coffee, and filtration solutions throughout Minnesota and surrounding states. Spend 80–90% of the time prospecting in the field, building customer relationships, and closing new business. The role requires strong communication, self-motivation, multitasking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and support are provided.
