Provides onsite leadership for hotel valet, shuttle, and guest-service operations. Supervises and coaches frontline staff, manages vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow, handles guest concerns, enforces safety and parking procedures, coordinates with hotel partners, maintains facility presentation, completes shift documentation, and supports training and staffing communication.

Lead onsite valet and guest-service teams to ensure safe, efficient vehicle flow and exceptional hospitality. Supervise daily valet operations, coach staff, handle guest concerns, maintain safety and facility presentation, complete administrative reports, and coordinate with Account Manager.

Oversees daily parking and hospitality operations, including guest service, client relationships, staffing, associate development, revenue collection, financial reporting, safety, incident management, facility upkeep, and special event execution. The role manages operational performance, ensures compliance with company standards, coordinates vendors and repairs, reviews payroll and attendance, and maintains a high-quality guest experience.
