Oversee daily operations of assigned hospitality locations, ensuring excellent guest experience, financial performance, safety, and compliance. Build client relationships, lead and develop staff, manage staffing and payroll, handle incident reporting and claims, coordinate facility maintenance, and support special event parking and operational execution.

Lead onsite valet and guest-service teams to ensure safe, efficient vehicle flow and exceptional hospitality. Supervise daily valet operations, coach staff, handle guest concerns, maintain safety and facility presentation, complete administrative reports, and coordinate with Account Manager.

Participate in a 12–15 week on-site rotational development program in New Orleans to train for an Account Manager role. Rotate through sales, operations, finance, marketing, and customer service; complete projects, present recommendations, receive executive mentorship, and build client and network relationships. Relocate to a U.S. market after program completion.
