Teams at Premium Parking

Lead onsite valet and guest-service teams to ensure safe, efficient vehicle flow and exceptional hospitality. Supervise daily valet operations, coach staff, handle guest concerns, maintain safety and facility presentation, complete administrative reports, and coordinate with Account Manager.

Supervises hotel valet, shuttle, and guest-service operations onsite. Coaches team members, coordinates traffic flow, supports guest concerns, enforces safety and parking procedures, maintains polished guest-facing areas, completes shift documentation, and communicates staffing or operational issues to management and hotel partners. The role requires driving vehicles, handling luggage, monitoring vehicle and ticket procedures, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
