Manages dealership accounting operations, supervises and trains accounting staff, supports monthly financial statements, reconciles accounts, approves receivable adjustments, maintains manufacturer accounts, prepares bonus and expense reports, and assists with audits. The role also supports staffing decisions, performance management, productivity goals, and completion of assigned accounting projects.

Develop and execute territory sales strategies for Thomas Built Buses across Ontario. Build relationships with school boards, municipalities, transportation providers, and commercial operators; prospect and close accounts; conduct demonstrations and fleet consultations; prepare bids and proposals; manage RFPs; coordinate orders through delivery; maintain CRM records and forecasts; and collaborate with service, parts, and financing teams.

Evaluates and pilots new programs across truck dealership locations, establishes success metrics, documents repeatable playbooks, and supports dealership acquisitions. Develops onboarding plans for standard processes, captures existing best practices, coordinates with regional continuous improvement teams, and reports integration progress to operational excellence leadership. Requires regular travel across dealership sites in three regions.

Processes commercial vehicle credit applications, financing, warranty, and insurance products. Supports sales teams with credit decisions, CRM sales programs, deal status, lender contract funding, vehicle titling, and daily customer follow-up. Provides strong customer service while completing administrative tasks and coordinating with customers, lenders, sales peers, and management.

Prepares financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close activities, variance analyses, and tax calculations. Maintains dealership fixed assets, payables, deposits, sales transactions, refunds, warranty payments, credit memos, and balance sheet accounts. Reviews invoices, audits sales activity, processes customer payments and refunds, and provides daily dealership support while maintaining confidentiality.

Advise customers and sell financing, insurance, warranties, and aftermarket products; structure and submit credit applications to multiple lenders; manage lender and insurance relationships; ensure accurate finance and compliance documentation; train sales teams; monitor finance penetration and performance metrics.
