Lead HR operations for the greater Winnipeg market across five dealerships: manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, employee recognition, culture and engagement, health & safety (accident reporting, inspections, JHSC), and ensure compliance with Manitoba labour and WCB regulations.

Provide clerical and office-management support including scanning and processing vendor invoices, answering phones, filing, ordering supplies, planning events and meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, arranging travel, assisting managers, and serving as cashier backup.

Partner with hiring managers and HR field teams to manage regional, high-volume full-cycle recruiting. Source and screen candidates, build pipelines with trade schools and colleges, track recruiting metrics, use ATS and job boards, and support staffing for acquisitions and new dealerships to ensure timely, quality hires.
